Complete Prostate Health
Licensed to help relieve the urologic symptoms of mild to moderate BPH — fewer nighttime trips, stronger flow.*
Testosterone Booster
Seven standardized botanicals in a formula licensed to help support and promote testosterone production in men.*
Cranberry + D-Mannose
Licensed to help prevent recurrent urinary tract infections in women. One non-medicinal ingredient: the capsule.*
The Men’s 40+ Regimen
Here is the thing nobody tells you at your physical: the 2 a.m. bathroom trips and the flat afternoons are the same decade talking. One is your prostate. The other is your testosterone. They arrive together, they get blamed on age together, and men treat one and wonder why they still feel sixty.
So we priced them as one decision instead of two. Complete Prostate Health for the nights. Testosterone Booster for the days. Both licensed, both fully disclosed, both taken daily.
Why the 15%? No invented reason. Two bottles ship in one box and bill as one order, which costs us less than shipping them a month apart — so we hand the difference back. That is the whole justification, and it is the only kind we’re willing to print.
Nothing we make works in a week. Botanicals move on a scale of weeks to months, which means the bottle you order today is the one that tells you something around the eight-week mark. Order today and you have your answer by then. Wait a month, and the answer waits a month with you.
That is the only deadline on this page. We don’t run countdown clocks and we don’t invent low stock. The guarantee already removes the risk of ordering. The calendar is the only thing left that costs you anything.
Only one of those two sounds like you? That’s a perfectly good answer — start with a single bottle instead ↑

What Each Formula Is Licensed To Say
Four Licences. Four Named Conditions.
Health Canada reviews a formula — the actual ingredients, at the actual doses — and then sets exactly what that product is permitted to claim. Here is what ours are permitted to say, word for word, with the NPN printed on each label.
Read those four sentences again and notice what they have in common: each one names a condition. Benign prostatic hyperplasia. Testosterone production. Recurrent UTIs. Chronic prostatitis. A product with nothing licensed to point at has to retreat into “supports wellness” and “promotes healthy function” — which is why so many labels read that way. Turn over the bottle in your cupboard and see which kind you own.
The Aleaf Standard
Every Milligram Printed. Three Products, Not Thirty.
Health Canada Licensed
Every product carries an NPN and meets Health Canada’s Natural Health Product standards.
Clinically Meaningful Doses
Actives dosed to reflect the research — no underdosing, no proprietary blends, no filler.
Backed By Research
Every formula is built on published, PubMed-referenced science, not marketing claims.
Printed, Not Promised
Every active and every dose is printed on the label. Nothing hidden behind the words “proprietary blend.”
In a 26-week observational programme, 12 urologists transitioned 120 patients who had not found relief on another brand onto Complete Prostate Health — 9 in 10 chose to continue. Twelve doctors and one programme; this figure relates to that product only, not to the brand. See the data →*
What We Refuse To Do To A Label
No Proprietary Blends. No Underdosing. No Filler.
Most supplements hide behind proprietary blends and imported, underdosed labels. Every Aleaf Labs formula is built to the opposite standard.*
One honest caveat on row three: not every botanical has a standardization marker to print. Our cranberry is disclosed by concentration ratio — 25:1 — rather than a PAC percentage, and we say so on its page rather than let you assume otherwise.*
How Aleaf Labs Started
We Read 40 Labels. Every One Of Them Was Hiding Something.
So we stopped shopping and started formulating.
You have stood in that aisle. Bottle in one hand, turning it over to read the back, because the front of a supplement box has never once told anybody anything.
You find the ingredient you came for. It’s right there on the front, in big letters. Then you turn it around, and instead of a number, you find two words: Proprietary Blend.
Which means: there is some of it in here, and we would prefer not to say how much.
There’s only one reason a company writes that. If the dose were impressive, they’d print it. Proprietary blends don’t protect formulas. They protect margins.
What We Found When We Actually Checked
Before we made anything, we bought what was already on the shelf — drugstore brands, big-box brands, the ones with the best Amazon rankings. Forty-some bottles. Here’s the pattern you are up against:
- The hero ingredient was on the front. The dose was nowhere.
- Where doses were disclosed, they were frequently a fraction of what the published research used.
- “Standardized extract” often wasn’t — no standardization percentage listed anywhere.
- Most were imported, with no Canadian licence number on the label at all.
That last one matters more than most people realize. In Canada, a natural health product is supposed to carry an NPN — a Natural Product Number issued by Health Canada. It means the formula was reviewed, and it is the reason a licensed product is permitted to name a condition instead of hiding behind “supports healthy function.” A surprising number of the bottles you can buy here don’t have one.
So We Built The Ones You Couldn’t Find
Three products on the shelf and a fourth licensed. Not thirty. Every active is disclosed at full dose on the label, standardized where standardization exists, and chosen because there’s published human research behind it — not because it looked good on a label.
Turn our bottles around. Everything is on the back. That was the entire point.

Twelve Things The Label In Your Cupboard Won’t Tell You
- The dose of beta-sitosterol used in the published human trials — and the ten-second check that tells you whether your current bottle contains it. Here →
- Why the words “standardized extract” can appear on a label and mean nothing at all, and the one number that decides whether they mean something.
- The 2 a.m. bathroom trip that has nothing whatsoever to do with how much water you drank.
- Why your bloodwork can come back “normal” while you feel anything but — and what “low-normal” is actually describing.
- What a proprietary blend genuinely protects. It is not the formula, and it is not you.
- The three letters on a Canadian label that mean a regulator read the formula before it reached the shelf — and how many bottles sold here don’t carry them.
- Why there are ninety capsules in our Testosterone bottle and sixty in the other two. The answer is on the label, and it is not marketing.
- The one ingredient of ours we could not print a standardization percentage for — and why we say so on its page instead of hoping you never check.
- What the 2023 Cochrane review actually concluded about cranberry, including the part that doesn’t flatter us. Here →
- Why Tongkat Ali appears in almost every testosterone formula sold, and what the human trials do — and don’t — support. Here →

Straight Answers
The Questions People Ask Before They Order
“Don’t supplements just make expensive urine?”
Often, yes. That is not a cynical answer — it is the reason this company exists. If a capsule contains a tenth of the dose a trial used, it will do roughly a tenth of nothing, and you will have paid for the privilege.
So the question worth asking isn’t whether supplements work. It is whether this one contains what the research used, at the amount the research used. That is a question you can answer yourself in about a minute: turn the bottle over and look for the dose. Ours are printed. If a label won’t tell you, you already have your answer about that product.
“Honestly bought this on a whim. Didn’t expect much, but after about 3 weeks I noticed better energy in the mornings and significantly better workouts. My doc says it’s placebo. I doubt it.”Thomas W. · Testosterone Booster
“$57.99 is a lot for a bottle of capsules.”
It is more than the bottle beside it on the shelf. Here is the arithmetic we’d want you to run anyway.
A bottle is a 30-day supply, so Complete Prostate Health works out to $1.93 a day, Testosterone Booster to $1.99, and Cranberry + D-Mannose to $1.36. The Men’s 40+ Regimen is $3.34 a day for both.
And compare per milligram of active, not per bottle. A cheaper bottle holding a fraction of the dose is not cheaper — it is a smaller amount of the thing you came for, sold at a lower headline number. That comparison is only possible when both labels print their doses, which is the whole argument this page is making.
“I’m already taking medication for this. Can I take it too?”
Ask your doctor or pharmacist, and ask them before you order rather than after. We are not going to guess at your prescriptions from a webpage, and any supplement company willing to do that should worry you.
Take the label with you — every active and every dose is printed on it, which is exactly what a pharmacist needs in order to give you a real answer in about two minutes. We would rather lose the sale than have you take something without that conversation.
The same goes for symptoms that are new, getting worse, or come with pain, fever or blood. That is a doctor’s appointment, not a supplement.
“How long before I know whether it’s doing anything?”
Four to eight weeks for Complete Prostate Health and Cranberry + D-Mannose. Twelve weeks for Testosterone Booster — that formula genuinely needs three months before you can judge it, which is why its guarantee runs to ninety days rather than thirty.
If you want to feel something by Friday, buy a stimulant. We say that in more detail further down, and we mean it.
Take it daily. Botanicals at these doses do not work on an as-needed basis, and a bottle taken half the time tells you nothing except that you took it half the time.
“Am I signing up for an auto-ship I’ll have to fight to cancel?”
No. Nothing on this site enrols you in anything by default, a one-time purchase is always available on everything we sell, and there is no pre-ticked box at checkout.
There is a subscribe-and-save option on the product pages, and it is exactly that — an option you choose deliberately. It exists because these formulas are taken daily and running out mid-month is the most common reason people stop, not because we want you locked in.
If you do choose it: cancel any time from your account, or reply to any order email and we’ll do it for you. The Empty-Bottle Guarantee applies either way.
“Every supplement brand claims to be clinically backed.”
They do, and most of the time the phrase is decoration. There is one thing on a Canadian label that isn’t.
A Health Canada NPN means the formula — the actual ingredients at the actual doses — was reviewed, and it is the reason a licensed product is permitted to name a condition instead of retreating into “supports healthy function.” We hold four of them. They are printed on the labels and listed word for word further up this page, along with exactly what each one permits us to say.
That is not a claim about how well anything works. It is a claim about who checked, and it is the only kind we can prove.
The Empty-Bottle Guarantee
Most supplement guarantees quietly require the product to be unopened. Ours requires the opposite. Take it every day, finish the bottle, and then decide.
If it did nothing for you, email us with your order number, send back the empties, and we refund the purchase price in full. Thirty days on Complete Prostate Health and Cranberry + D-Mannose. Ninety days on Testosterone Booster, because that formula genuinely needs three months to judge. The Men’s 40+ Regimen is covered on both bottles.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. The refund is not. Read the full policy →
We Make Three Products. Not Thirty.
We get asked for a greens powder, a sleep gummy and a multivitamin about once a month. We haven’t made them, because we couldn’t find literature we’d be comfortable putting a real dose behind. If you want a full stack from one brand, we are the wrong company — and we’d rather tell you that here than sell you something we don’t believe in.
Nothing we make works in a week, either. Botanicals move on a timescale of weeks to months. If you want to feel something by Friday, buy a stimulant. You’ll be happier and we’ll both have saved the trouble.
And none of this replaces a doctor. If your symptoms are new, worsening, or accompanied by pain, fever or blood, get examined before you buy anything — from us or from anyone.

A Note From The Aleaf Labs Scientific Team
Every formula on this site started the same way: with the published literature, and with a question we ask before anything else — what dose was actually used in the human trials? That question kills most supplement ideas. It is why we make three products instead of thirty, and it is why every milligram and every extract ratio is printed on the label rather than hidden inside a blend.
We are not going to tell you these formulas will change your life. Botanicals are not pharmaceuticals, the evidence behind them is mixed in places, and we say so in the research articles we publish rather than burying it. What we will tell you is that the doses are real, the ingredients are standardized to their bioactives where a standard exists, the products are licensed by Health Canada with valid NPNs, and every claim we make is one Health Canada has licensed us to make.
If a formula doesn’t earn its place in your routine, we’d rather refund you than keep the money. That’s the whole reason the guarantee asks for empty bottles instead of sealed ones.
