“Don’t supplements just make expensive urine?”
Often, yes. That is not a cynical answer — it is the reason this company exists. If a capsule contains a tenth of the dose a trial used, it will do roughly a tenth of nothing, and you will have paid for the privilege.
So the question worth asking isn’t whether supplements work. It is whether this one contains what the research used, at the amount the research used.
